As most of you know by now, I pretty much have a big time love affair with the kettlebell swing. It's an extremely difficult exercise to master, however. One of my favorite drills to help teach the rhythm of the swing is the kettlebell swing with release

Control is key with the kettlebell swing. When releasing the bell, if the path becomes erratic, please, just get out of the way. Don't try to correct it on the fly, it's not going to work. Quick feet are happy feet, especially when the kettlebell loses direct contact with your hands.
