Move Better Monday: Hip CARs Variations

In last week's installment of Move Better Monday, I discussed the importance of standing hip CARs and why you should be incorporating them into your daily routines if you want healthy hips in the long run. 

While I do love the standing variation, it's extremely easy to "cheat" the movement due to the lack of spatial awareness it provides. Today's variations are performed on the floor, providing extra feedback to prevent compensation at surrounding joints.

Next week, I'll start to break down some of my favorite Progressive Angular Isometric Loading (PAILs) and Regressive Isometric Angular Loading (RAILs) drills to help enhance your movement capabilities past your current ranges of motion.
